(Amendment)
Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 18 December 2017.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
2.  Item 1 of the Sixth Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
 
“1.Entry permit:
 
 
(a)application for each entry permit
$100
 
(b)issuance of each entry permit
$20”.
Saving provision
3.  Despite regulation 2, item 1 of the Sixth Schedule to the Immigration Regulations as in force immediately before 18 December 2017 continues to apply in respect of an application for an entry permit to enter Singapore made before that date.
