Misuse of Drugs
(Approved Institutions) (Amendment)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 19 December 2016.

Amendment of Notification relating to Approved Institutions

2. The Schedule to the Notification relating to Approved Institutions (N 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Admiralty Road West” in item (4) and substituting the words “1 Khalsa Crescent”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Cosford Road” in item (6) and substituting the words “1 Cosford Road”;

(c)

by deleting the words “Cell Nos. 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 at Landing 3 of Block E of the” in item (13);

(d)

by deleting item (15) and substituting the following item:

“(15)

Changi Women’s Prison/Drug Rehabilitation Centre, 10 Tanah Merah Besar Road, Singapore 498834.”; and

(e)

by deleting item (16).
