(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Variable Capital Companies (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Variable Capital Companies (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020.
2.  Section 65(1) and (9)(a), (b) and (c) of the Variable Capital Companies (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2019 comes into operation on 30 July 2020.
