(Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 14 February 2023.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008), in the Schedule, in Part 1, in the second column, replace item (ka) with —
“(ka)Mpox”.
