(Miscellaneous Fees and Rates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 31st October 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 634/2012) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “and container freight stations” in item 14(a); and
(b)by deleting item 15.
Made this 2nd day of October 2013.
