Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016 and, except for regulation 3(a), (b) and (c), come into operation on 20 December 2016.
(2)  Regulation 3(b) comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
(3)  Regulation 3(a) and (c) comes into operation on 1 April 2017.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3 of the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting paragraph (2).
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following items:
