Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020.
2.  Sections 2(a), (f) and (i), 5, 7 and 28(3) of the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 1 August 2020.
