Children and Young Persons
(Voluntary Care Agreement) (Amendment)
Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Voluntary Care Agreement) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2014.

Amendment of regulation 7

2. Regulation 7 of the Children and Young Persons (Voluntary Care Agreement) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 413/2011) is amended by deleting the words “Juvenile Court’s” and substituting the words “Youth Court’s”.
