(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 August 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 254/2018) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after “22(2),” in paragraph (a), “22A(2),”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after “23(3),” in paragraph (a), “23A(1), 23B(1), 23C(1),”.
