Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 (1) and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$250” in item 1 and substituting “$500”;
(b)	by deleting “$250” in item 2 and substituting “$500”; and
(c)	by deleting “$100” in item 3 (a) and substituting “$300”. [G.N. Nos. S 54/2001; S 661/2003; S 585/2005; S 680/2005]
