(Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(1) of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 27th December 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Casino Control (Approved Games — Marina Bay Sands) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 592/2011) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 5 of Part I, the following item:

“5A. Dragon Baccarat (MBS)”;

(b)

by deleting the words “(Version 2)” in item 6 of Part I and substituting the words “(Version 3)”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 6A of Part I, the following items:

“6B. Megalink Let It Ride (MBS)

6C. Megalink Singapore Stud Poker (MBS)

6D. Megalink Texas Hold’em Bonus Progressive (MBS)

6E. Megalink Three Card Poker (MBS)”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately after item 8 of Part I, the following item:

“8A. Pai Gow Tiles (MBS)”;

(e)

by deleting the words “(Version 2)” in item 16 of Part I and substituting the words “(Version 3)”;

(f)

by deleting the words “(Version 3)” in item 17 of Part I and substituting the words “(Version 4)”;

(g)

by deleting the words “(Version 2)” in item 18 of Part I and substituting the words “(Version 3)”; and

(h)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 1 of Part II, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“2. Dragon Baccarat Tournament (MBS).”.
