Active Mobility
(Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and
Mobility Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 August 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 243/2018) is amended by deleting the warning notice and substituting the following warning notice:
