Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tampines hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2008 and shall come into operation on 17th December 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Tampines (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 73) is amended ―
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:
“2A.2-room (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) flat
$55
$28.80.”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:
“4A.4-room (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) flat
$66
$57.”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“5A.5-room (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) flat
$78
$78.”.
