Legal Service (Personnel Boards)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111AA(1), (2) and (8) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 654/2007) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name of the Chairman “Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong” in the second column of item 1 and substituting the name “Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon”;
(b)by deleting the name of the member “Justice Sundaresh Menon” in the second column of item 1; and
(c)by deleting the name “Justice Philip Pillai” in the second column of items 1 and 2 and substituting in each case the name “Dr Philip Pillai”.
