Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration
and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 6 November 2015.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. Item 10 of the Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by inserting, immediately after the index mark “SMB”, the index mark “, SG”.
