(Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 284A of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Disapplication of Division 2 of Part XIII) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 8 October 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Disapplication of Division 2 of Part XIII) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 161/2009) is amended by deleting the words “a securities exchange” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “an approved exchange”.
