(Exemption from Singapore Visa)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 7 August 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) Order (O 4), in paragraph 2 —
(a)in sub‑paragraph (1), after sub‑paragraph (gg), insert —
(gh)a non‑citizen —
(i)who —
(A)holds a valid diplomatic, official or service passport issued by the government of any foreign territory specified in Part XI of the Schedule; and
(B)is travelling to Singapore for an attendance not exceeding 30 days;
(ii)who —
(A)is duly accredited to Singapore as a diplomatic or consular representative of the government of any foreign territory specified in Part XI of the Schedule; and
(B)holds a valid diplomatic, official or service passport issued by the government of that foreign territory;
(iii)who —
(A)is accredited to an international organisation in Singapore; and
(B)holds a valid diplomatic, official or service passport issued by the government of any foreign territory specified in Part XI of the Schedule; or
(iv)who —
(A)is a spouse, or an unmarried child below 21 years of age, of a person mentioned in sub‑paragraph (ii) or (iii);
(B)is living in the same household of the person mentioned in sub‑paragraph (ii) or (iii); and
(C)holds a valid diplomatic, official or service passport issued by the government of the same foreign territory that issued the passport mentioned in sub‑paragraph (ii) or (iii) to the person mentioned in that sub‑paragraph;”;
(b)delete sub‑paragraph (1B); and
(c)in sub‑paragraph (2), replace “and (gf)(ii) and (1B)(c)(i),” with “, (gf)(ii) and (gh)(iii),”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  In the Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) Order, in the Schedule —
(a)in the Schedule reference, replace “and (gf)” with “, (gf) and (gh)”;
(b)in Part II, delete item 12; and
(c)after Part X, insert —
Part XI
1.  Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.  Turkmenistan.”.
