Telecommunications (Exemption from Sections 33, 34 (1) (b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Telecommunications Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 28th October 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 13 of the Schedule to the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34 (1) (b) and 35) Notification (N 1) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
