Singapore Armed Forces Act
(Chapter 295)
Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 15th January 2007.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) Regulations (Rg 15) is amended by deleting the words “the Paymaster, Singapore Armed Forces” in sub-paragraph (h) and substituting the words “the Director, Defence Finance Organisation”.
