Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Films Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and Commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (9) in the Schedule to the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“(9)	For certifying identical copies of original video tape or video disc on the basis of a representation contained in a statutory declaration submitted to the Board

$1 per copy, subject to a maximum of $20 per title.”.
