(Amendment No. 4) Rules 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A(4) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
Amendment of rule 21A
2.  Rule 21A(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting the words “3 years” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “one year”.
