Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 10 November 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after Part V, the following Part:

“PART VI

ACTIONS WHICH ALSO CONSTITUTE TERRORIST ACTS
WITH EFFECT FROM 10 NOVEMBER 2015

1. Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 7(4) or (5), 7A, 7B, 7C or 7D(3) or (4) of the Maritime Offences Act (Cap. 170B).

2. Any act of violence, as defined in section 2 of the Maritime Offences Act, referred to in section 7(1) or 7D(1) of that Act.”.
