Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(2) of the Nanyang Polytechnic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Nanyang Polytechnic Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 30 July 2020.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 3 of the Schedule to the Nanyang Polytechnic Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) Order (O 1) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“3.The Health and Social Science Club.”.
