(Exemption from Section 12)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 September 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the words “31 August 2021” and substituting the words “31 October 2021”.
