(Amendment) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 3 October 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 141/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “8 June 2017”, the words “and the subject of a further application for written permission submitted by The Secretary of the Trustees of the Methodist Church in Singapore to the competent authority on 11 May 2018”.
