Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Communications and Information
It is notified for general information that the Deputy Prime Minister, exercising the functions conferred on the Prime Minister, has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 30 September 2019, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications and Information) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 352/2018) by inserting, immediately after item 10 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following item:
11.Implementation of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019 (Act 18 of 2019)”.
