Responsibility of Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Mr Khaw Boon Wan is —

(a)	charged with the responsibility for strategic planning, collaboration and coordination between Ministries and statutory bodies in their policies and programmes in land use planning and the development of nationally significant infrastructure, such as transport and communications infrastructure and housing; and
(b)	designated as the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure) Notification 2015.
