Responsibility of Minister, Prime Minister’s Office
It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Mr Chan Chun Sing is —
(a)charged with the responsibility for —
(i)advising the Prime Minister on matters relating to the maintenance of industrial peace, the productivity of Singapore’s workforce, and the wellbeing and welfare of workers; and
(ii)discharging such other duties as the Prime Minister may assign; and
(b)designated as the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) (No. 3) Notification 2015.
Cancellation
3.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) (No. 2) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 297/2011);
(b)the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 396/2012);
