(Speakers’ Corner — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Entertainments (Speakers’ Corner — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 1 August 2020.
New paragraph 2A
2.  The Public Entertainments (Speakers’ Corner — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 551/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 2, the following paragraph:
“Non-applicability of paragraphs 3 to 6
2A.  Paragraphs 3 to 6 do not apply from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 9 August 2020.”.
