Parks and Trees (Preservation of Trees)
(Amendment) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Parks and Trees Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the National Parks Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Parks and Trees (Preservation of Trees) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 20 November 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Parks and Trees (Preservation of Trees) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the words “section 5(1)” and substituting the words “section 13(1)”.
