Conveyancing and Law of Property
(Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 3)
Rules 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D(1), (2) and (3) and 73E(1) and (2) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 22nd December 2011.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 6, the following paragraph:
“8.  Far Eastern Bank Ltd (company registration no. 195800116D)”
