Interpretation
(Delegations by Minister for
Home Affairs) (Amendment)
Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Home Affairs) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 28 August 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Home Affairs) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 135/2024), in the Schedule, in item 2, after paragraph (1), insert —
“
(2)Section 81(1)
Authorisation of officers who may compound offence
MHA Permanent Secretary
Nil
”.
