Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 21st November 2010.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after Part IX, the following Part and item:
“Part X — Offences included as serious offences
with effect from 21st November 2010
