Architects (Amendment)
Rules 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Architects Act, the Board of Architects, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Architects (Amendment) Rules 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Architects Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting Form 1 and substituting the following Form:

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the A rchitects R ules is amended ––

(a)	by deleting “$500” in item 1 and substituting “$600”;
(b)	by deleting “$1,000” in item 2 and substituting “$1,500”;
(c)	by deleting “$2,000” in item 3 and substituting “$2,500”;
(d)	by deleting “$150” in item 4 and substituting “$200”;
(e)	by deleting “$200” in item 6 and substituting “$250”; and
(f)	by deleting “$500” in item 8 and substituting “$1,000”.
