(Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013
(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Institutions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Financial Institutions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2013.
2.  Section 9(3) of the Financial Institutions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 shall come into operation on 1st November 2013.
