Road Traffic
(Regulation of Speed)
(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 February 2019.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed) Rules (R 13) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “more than 7” in sub‑paragraphs (a)(i)(A) and (ii) and (aa) and substituting in each case the words “more than 8”; and

(b)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(d)	mobile engineering plant

40”.
