| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 7) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21st October 2013. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Lloyds TSB Bank Plc” in item (108) and substituting the words “Lloyds Bank plc”. |
