Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 7 October 2019.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12) is amended by deleting the words “rule 19(3) or 22C(2)” in the definition of “vehicle entry card” and substituting the words “rule 18A(3), 19(3), 22C(2) or 22IB(3)”.
