(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2013 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(a), come into operation on 1st November 2013.
(2)  Paragraph 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Siong Thye” in the third column of item 5; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column of item 5, the name “Mr See Kee Oon”.
