Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Mr Lawrence Wong is charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and designated as the Minister for National Development.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2015.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 304/2011) is cancelled.
