(Cancellation) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Vehicles Used for Official Visit (United States of America) — Exemption) (Cancellation) Notification 2021 and is deemed to have come into operation on 26 August 2021.
Cancellation
2.  The Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Vehicles Used for Official Visit (United States of America) — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 615/2021) is cancelled.
