Home Affairs Uniformed Services
(INVEST Plan) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Plan) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Plan) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting “6%” in the third column below paragraph 3 and substituting “7.75%”.
