Town Council of
Aljunied-Hougang-Punggol East
(Conservancy and Service Charges)
(Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Aljunied‑Hougang‑Punggol East hereby makes the following By‑laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Aljunied‑Hougang‑Punggol East (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By‑laws 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2014.

Amendment of Part I of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Town Council of Aljunied‑Hougang‑Punggol East (Conservancy and Service Charges) By‑laws 2013 (G.N. No. S 279/2013) (referred to in these By-laws as the principal By‑laws) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	3-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$72

$58.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:

“4A.	4-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$82

$72.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	5-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$91.”.

Amendment of Part II of Schedule

3. Part II of the Schedule to the principal By-laws is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	3-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$72

$58.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:

“4A.	4-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$82

$72.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	5-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$91.”.

Amendment of Part III of Schedule

4. Part III of the Schedule to the principal By-laws is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	3-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$72

$58.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:

“4A.	4-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$82

$72.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	5-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$91.”.

Amendment of Part IV of Schedule

5. Part IV of the Schedule to the principal By-laws is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	3-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$58.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	4-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$82

$72.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 7, the following item:

“7A.	5-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat

$91.”.
