Insurance (Accounts and Statements) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Insurance Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Accounts and Statements) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Deletion of regulations 3A, 3B, 8A, 9A and 9B and Third and Fourth Schedules

2. Regulations 3A, 3B, 8A, 9A and 9B of, and the Third and Fourth Schedules to, the Insurance (Accounts and Statements) Regulations (Rg 2) are deleted.
