(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “3(7),” in paragraph (f), the word “3A(3),”.
