(Exemption) (No. 50)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 50) Notification 2012.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Genting Rewards Member Profile Update” promotion to be held from 1st January 2013 to 31st December 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draws to be held on 3rd April 2013, 3rd July 2013, 3rd October 2013 and 3rd January 2014, respectively, at 3 p.m. at Resorts World at Sentosa.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
