of Persons — Eritrea) (Revocation)
Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A(1)(b) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Sanctions and Freezing of Assets of Persons — Eritrea) (Revocation) Regulations 2019 and are deemed to have come into operation on 14 November 2018.
Revocation
2.  The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Sanctions and Freezing of Assets of Persons — Eritrea) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 705/2010) are revoked.
