(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 8 September 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after “21B(4),” in paragraph (a), “45A(2),”.
