Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 22nd February 2007.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4 of the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) Notification (N 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$300” in sub-paragraph (1)(n)(ii) and substituting “$500”; and
(b)by deleting “$300” in sub-paragraph (2)(a) and substituting “$500”.
