(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies)
(Amendment) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 2(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 February 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 368/2014) is amended by deleting the words “section 21(4) of the Act and the Fourth Schedule to” and substituting the words “sections 21(4) and 26D(6) of, and the Second Schedule to,”.
